She claims that she's a scientist and that she created Ryoko, and other things.
She says that Ryoko should call her mother.
She looks like she's 12 years old, but she's really about 20,000 years old.
She is one of the three Tenchi Muyo goddesses, but when Kagato came along that when she created Ryoko.
Washu had given birth to a child, but is what said that it was taken away from her because of social status.
